1. Event Setup and Breakdown
Set-Up Team: Assist with the initial setup of event spaces, including arranging tables, chairs, and decorations. This may involve helping vendors set up their booths and ensuring that everything is ready before the event begins.

Breakdown Crew: Help with dismantling and cleaning up at the end of the event. This includes packing up materials, clearing trash, and returning the venue to its original state.

2. Information Booth Assistance
Welcome Desk Volunteers: Staff the welcome desk to greet attendees, provide event schedules, and answer questions about the celebration.

Guides: Help direct attendees to different areas of the event, ensuring everyone knows where to find activities, food, and entertainment.

3. Activity Stations
Facilitators: Assist with specific activities, such as art stations, games, or storytelling sessions. This may include guiding participants, providing materials, and ensuring that activities run smoothly.
